Glastonbury Fest - Pyramid Stage - 26/06
"Garbage's singer Shirley Manson may be a petite pin-up like Kylie but she is the perfect antitdote to the pop princess. Flame haired and visually arresting Manson takes control of the stage in a truly dominating fashion.
The Scottish siren may be the focal interest of the band but she is ably abetted by Butch Vig (ex Nirvana producer), Duke Erikson and Steve Marker. It's been a while since the four-piece were on the scene and ten years since their smash debut which sported classic hits "Queer" and "Stupid Girl". Only time will tell if they will reach such dizzy heights again but watch this space for now."
